12. Service Level Agreement

Aqwash strives to provide reliable and high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any failures to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Aqwash reserves the right to retain cancellation fees as outlined in the application.

14. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or abusive language
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our application
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
